Can I personalize the message card?

Absolutely! Please contact us via email at support@specialmomentsofficial.com and send us the link and your personalization. We can customize an existing message card or completely create a new one with your own words or phrase. We do not charge extra for this service ;) So feel free to reach out and we are happy to help you.

Very important! Please dont order yet if you wish a personalization. Contact us first.

How long does it take to ship my order?

We typically ship within 1- 3 business days from the time an order is placed.

It is usually less than 3 days during off-peak season, but may be up to 5 days during peak times like Black Friday and Christmas.

For Home Decor, 7-10 business days production. Once shipped, delivery within:

USA: 2-5 Business Days

Canada: 3-12 Business Days

Europe: 3-12 Business Days

International: 5-14 Business Days

All orders are shipped with Love from Florida, USA (if order ships to USA and Canada) & Amsterdam, the Netherlands (if order ships to Europe)

Can I return/exchange my item?

All items are made-to-order and customized with care therefore we don’t usually accept returns or exchanges on jewelry unless the fault was ours. However, we understand that these pieces are very sentimental and important, so If you do have an issue with your product, please feel free to contact us and we can solve the issue.
